Your "world view" is your "fundamental cognitive orientation...encompassing the entirety [of your] knowledge and point of view [which] can include natural philosophy; fundamental, existential, and normative postulates; or themes, values, emotions, and ethics" (Wikipedia).

When reflecting on your "world view" it may be helpful to consider the following questions:
  • What exists? (ontology)
  • How do you know? (epistemology)
  • How do you find out? (methodology)
  • What should you do? (ethics) - What do you hope for? What motivates you? What provides you with meaning?
